Delivery date increases by 1 day if the total dashboard order increases by 1800 for all the shipping methods.

We print goods within 24-48 hours once the proof is approved. Then it depends on the shipping methods, but it usually takes around 3-10 business days to deliver the order.

Apart from our standard delivery, we also offer one super fast delivery option: Express Delivery. In this case, your order will be preferred over others and reach you in 2-4 days.

Yes, we ship outside New Zealand. You need to contact us if you want the order to be shipped outside New Zealand.

We believe in customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the item within 90 days of ordering. Once you have applied for a refund, the amount will be transferred to your account within 48 hours of the refund.
